Rubbermaid Easy Find Containers | Storage Containers

I have purchased the Rubbermaid Easy Find and love it. I don’t have a lot of open cabinet space so being able to organize and keep everything close by is wonderful. I finally can find the right lid to go with the right container. I loved this so much that I bought a set for each of my daughters as well as given the set as a wedding shower gift. These containers come in several sizes, so food storage is easy with a size to fit everything. These Rubbermaid storage containers definitely get the Fun Health Recipes seal of approval.

Eat Pray Love by Elizabeth Gilbert - Book Review

I started reading this book after seeing the previews for the movie that would come out on August 13th. When I started reading it I had somewhat of an idea of the story line.

You have a woman that has come to a crossroad in her life where she is deciding that she needs to be happy and feel good about herself. This need takes her on a spiritual journey. She travels to Italy (eat) then India (pray) and finally ends her journey in Indonesia (love). She meets some very interesting and helpful people along the way and learns about herself.

I did enjoy this book very much and when I saw the movie I was able to fill in the gaps as far as some of the small changes the movie made.

I recommend this book to anyone who is looking for a good read and maybe even some life lessons. Happy Reading!

Hot Pizza Dip

Here is a low fat twist on Hot Pizza Dip. It’s a dipping pizza without the dough. Very simple and easy to make.

Prep time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

1 (8 oz.) package 1/3 less fat cream cheese, softened

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

1/4 teaspoon dried basil

1 cup shredded low-fat mozzarella cheese

1 cup greated parmesan cheese

1 cup lite pizza/spagetti sauce

2 ounces chopped green bell pepper

2 ounces pepperoni sausage, chopped

2 tablespoons sliced black olives

Directions:

In a small bowl, mix together cream cheese, oregano, parsley, and basil.

Spread mixture in the bottom of a 9 inch pie plate, or a shallow microwave-safe dish. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of the mozzarella cheese and 1/2 cup of the parmesan cheese on top of the cream cheese mixture. Spread the pizza sauce over all. Sprinkle with remaining cheese, then top with the green pepper, pepperoni and olive slices. Cover and microwave for 5 minutes. Serve hot and enjoy.
