Grill it Quick Portobello Pizza

I have had the Pampered Chef Grill it Quick cookbook for a while now, and I finally make the Portobello, Red Pepper & Goat Cheese Pizza. Let me tell you. It was amazing. This recipe is relatively lower in fat than other pizza recipes, but to slim down the calories, try using reduced fat feta cheese and low-fat pizza crust.
